MisFiT City Forum

My original idea of starting MisFiT City Forum was to stay in touch with all the MisFiTs that Mick and I had met throughout all of our travels. Unfortunately, it hasn't turned out to be the "gathering" place I had anticipated. After two years, MisFiT City Forum only has 36 members which are mostly people who found us by means of surfing on the internet.

We have many popular topics and some that are unique to our forum.

My big discussion is about MSG or Monosodium Glutamate and excitotoxins. Mick and I voice our opinion in Politics (especially since the last few CRAZY years) even though we are independents. We believe in World Peace. We are Bigfoot Investigators. We are avid picture takers. And we are MisFiTs!!

Blogging Here and There

I am not one to blog a thousand different places and ramble about nothing. When I post it is for a reason. I use to read a lot years ago, but those days are over.


I do most of my writing on the MisFiT City Forum. I do have a blog a MySpace.com, but I think it is going to be a little like this one......neglected.


Hope to blog here more during this winter. Mick and I are off the road so there is more time to do things like Blog, web revising (our commerical site), forum re-shaping, more web stuff like meta tags, robots, ranking, search engine updates,......and watching movies.


We are going hunting this winter. First time for me. I am looking forward to it.

Resturants and MSG

Our shows have started up again. Along with the long traveling, we go to resturants and I have to be careful with what I eat because of Monosodium Glutimate. All resturants serve items with MSG. There is only one resturant which I can have anything on the menu except the soups and that is Olive Garden. The bad part is not every state we travel to has an Olive Garden, so we have to find another place to eat. Bob Evans and Denny's are the top choices because of there availability. Bob Evans, though, has to be almost the worst place to eat if you are allergic to MSG. I have to ask for non-seasoned items, substitutions, and play with the menu a bit. Although it is possible for me to find a meal at a resturant like Bob Evans, it can get pretty boring eating the same thing again and again.
